From 391 North
Take 391N to Exit 4 (141 / Chicopee Falls / Willimansett)
Take a right off the exit onto Grattan Street (towards Chicopee Falls).
Follow Grattan Street through the first traffic light.
As you go through the traffic light, Gulf Gas Station will be on your left and the funeral home will be diagonally behind the gas station.
Go past the funeral home and take your next left onto Lafayette Street (just before Sainte Rose de Lima Church).
The parking lot and main entrance will be on your left.
From 391 South
Take 391S to Exit 4-A (141-E / Chicopee Falls).
Bear right off the exit onto Grattan Street (towards Chicopee Falls). Follow Grattan Street through the first traffic light.
As you go through the traffic light, Gulf Gas Station will be on your left and the funeral home will be diagonally behind the gas station.
Go past the funeral home and take your next left onto Lafayette Street (just before Sainte Rose de Lima Church).
The parking lot and main entrance will be on your left.
From Memorial Drive South (Rte. 33S)
Take Memorial Drive (33S) to Granby Road
Take a right onto Granby Road (at the first Westover Rotary, Town Fair Tire will be on your right).
Follow Granby Road and proceed through 1st set of lights at the intersection of Granby Road and Montgomery Street.
You will then proceed through another set of lights immediately after 1st set of lights.
In approximately 1000 feet take a right onto Chapel Street (at Mr. Cone Dairy Bar).
Take an immediate right turn onto Lafayette Street.
The parking lot and main entrance will be on your right at the end of Lafayette Street.
From the Mass Pike
Take Mass Pike to Exit 49 (formerly exit 5), Chicopee
After the toll plaza, bear left (Montgomery Street/Holyoke).
At stop sign at end of toll road, turn right onto Montgomery Street.
At the first traffic light take a left turn onto Granby Road (BigY Gas Station will be on your left and Sunoco Station will be on your right)
Immediately after you take the left turn proceed straight through the next traffic light.
In approximately 1000 feet take a right onto Chapel Street (at Mr. Cone Dairy Bar).
Take an immediate right turn onto Lafayette Street.
The parking lot and main entrance will be on your right at the end of Lafayette Street.

Take 91N to Exit 9 (formerly exit 12) (391N / Chicopee).
Take 391N to Exit 4 (141 / Chicopee Falls / Willimansett)
Take a right off the exit onto Grattan Street (towards Chicopee Falls).
